Beauty Haul: Boots and Primark

Hi everyone! A few days ago I went into town to buy a few beauty bits and makeup. I used some of my birthday money and also ended up gaining a few more boots points, which is always good!

The first things I got were some nail polishes. I got 2 Barry M Gelly Hi Shine nail polishes in the shades 'Lychee' and 'Prickly Pear' I've never tried these before and I wanted to give them a go as I've heard many good reviews on them. They were also buy 1 get 1 half price. I also bought my first ever Sinful Colors nail polish in the shade 'Easy Going' This was only £1.99 for 15ml!

Next I bought a Natural Collection Pressed Powder in 'Neutral' This was only £1.99 and I have just run out of my Rimmel Stay Matte one, so I needed another. I decided to give this one a try as its a bargain and the Rimmel one wasn't working well for me as I have really oily skin.

I then bought the Sally Hansen Insta- Dri top coat. I am very impatient when it comes to waiting for my nails to dry and I always tend to smudge the as well! This was a bit expensive at £5.99 but hopefully it works well.

I bought the L'oreal Micellar Solution as it was reduced by a third off. I saved £1.66 and I got it for £3.33. A lot of people have said this is a good product, so I decided to give it a go.

The last beauty item I bought was a deodorant (boring) I had just finished my Dove original one and wanted to try something new. I saw this on offer for £2. It has a really nice scent and is quite refreshing. I also know that Zoella from Youtube has the same one as she showed it in her vlog :) 

I also saw a stand that had free samples of the Sk:n cleanser. I picked one up and have already tried it. It makes your face really soft and exfoliates really well.

I also had a quick look in Primark and saw these cute earrings! I love the rose ones and the swallow ones. For £2.50 I thought these were a bargain!

What I got For My 15th Birthday!

Hi everyone! Sorry for not posting in the last few days as I haven't had much time to do it and it was my birthday. My birthday was on Wednesday (7th August). I had a lovely meal out with my family and received some amazing presents. My main present was money and i'm thinking about buying an Ipad Mini with it. A little disclaimer before I show you my presents, i'm not trying to brag in anyway, i'm just showing you what I received from my friends and family. I am very grateful for the presents and I thank everyone who has given me presents or wished me happy birthday on Instagram!

First of all I received this lovely bag from Accessorize. It has a lovely moustache detail on the front of it in gold. I am going to use this bag for school as it is quite big to fit a lot of folders and workbooks in.

I also received this small purse also from Accessorize which cute bicycle detailing all over it.

The next present I got was this cami top from Topshop, which I had asked for. I had my eye on this for quite a while as I knew that it would go with everything and would be great for summer.

I also got this gold spike necklace which is from the jewellery range in Superdrug.

I got this beautiful pearl bracelet from H. Samuel. It has small studs around the pearls which look amazing when you're wearing it. It is also great for me as I have small wrists and it fits me perfectly.

Next i got some makeup items. I asked for the blusher palette from Ebay as I have heard many great reviews about it. I have used it a few times now and its amazing. A full review will be coming soon!

I also got a Maybelline Baby Lips! I got it in the shade 'mint fresh' After using it a few times now I have found that it makes your lips go really tingly when you apply it. A full review coming soon!

I got another Maybelline product which is one of their nail varnishes. I got this in the shade 'cool blue' It is a beautiful shade of blue and reminds me of a swimming pool water colour. Haha!

I also got the Maybelline Dream Pure BB cream in the shade 'light'. I had been wanting this for a long time now as I thought that it would work really well for my oily skin. I might do a review on this soon after I have used it many times!

Next I received these Real Techniques Duo- Fiber collection brushes. After using my RT core collection I realized that I needed more of them as they are amazing at applying your makeup. I am so excited to use these and I will have a review on these coming soon!

I also got this Barry M nail art pen in silver. I have never tried a nail art pen before so I am excited to try this

Also, I got this set of Beauty UK nail varnishes. These colours are beautiful shades which are really nice colours to wear in the summer

The next presents I got were these 4 Yankee Candles. My mum had kindly put them in this cute silver glittery box which is great for storing things in. I got Pink Dragon Fruit, Summer Scoop, Clean Cotton and Vanilla Cupcake. They all smell delicious!

Lastly, I received 3 products from Soap & Glory. I was very excited when I opened these as I love the smell of them and are really moisturizing. 

I am very grateful for everyone who bought be presents. I had an amazing birthday!

Small Haul: Primark, Superdrug and Boots

Hi everyone!, yesterday I went to town with a friend and bought a few things. I went into Primark, Superdrug and Boots.

First of all I picked up some clothes from Primark. I needed some pyjama shorts for the summer as I didnt have any. I saw these cute floral shorts for £3. They have a lace detail around the edge and remind me a bit of Cath Kidston. These were a great bargain! Secondly I bought this blue top which was £4. I had seen similar tops like this in Topshop a while ago for about £18. As soon as I saw this I rushed to go and grab it. They had many other colours, nicluding grey, peach and green. This would be great for summer and for autumn as it is a very versatile top to wear.

Next I went to Superdrug and bought an MUA bronzer. This bronzer is in the shade 3 which is a matte dark shade. I only own 1 other bronzer from ELF which is a bit glittery for me. This was also a bargain at only a £1. I also had seen a lot of good reviews about it, so I though I would give it a go.

I also went to Boots where I bought the Collection 2000 Lasting Perfection Concealer in shade 1 Fair. This is my overal favourite concealer and I would definitely recommend it. It provides great coverage to use under your eyes and on any blemishes. I bought it for £4.19. I also bought the Natural Collection WaterGuard Mascara for £1.99. I love this mascara as I use it mostly everyday. Its a great mascara to curl your lashes and provide volume. It also makes your lashes look really natural.
